Second, Contact us via our website or over the phone, and we can go into detail regarding what the project will entail, including the space needed, costs and possible extras you desire. 

We will also discuss whether it will be necessary to arrange a call-out. 

Consultation

Third, If you have chosen a standard design, then usually an over-the-phone consultation is sufficient; however, if the spa is to be tailor-made for your home, hotel or project, then we will arrange a call-out to measure; alternatively, we can also build the spa off plans if your project is in its early stages. 

TIMELINE

Fourth, We will finalise everything and ensure you’re happy with the plan and the design; we will also give you a timeline. 

Depending on the project, we will ask you for a deposit before manufacturing begins, then the entire amount before despatch, or the total amount. 

Shipped

Fifth, Once paid, we will start to build your spa, and once it is finished, it will be shipped out. 

INSTALLATION

Sixth, A team of professional installers will fit your new spa equipment and hand it over to you, completing the dream addition to your home!
